1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula For The Task Titled: Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The District Office In Grójec With Land Development.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Entitled: Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The District Office In Grójec With Land Development, Followed By Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Design Prepared And Approved By The Ordering Party After Obtaining The Necessary Permits And Arrangements Required By Polish Law And Standards, As Well As As-Built Documentation.3. The Offer Provided By The Contractor Should Include The Entire Task, I.E. Design Documentation, Administrative Decisions, Assembly, Construction Works And All Supplies And Services Necessary To Carry Out The Project, Until It Is Handed Over To The Ordering Party For Use. The Offer Should Be Consistent With The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4. The Contractors Scope Will Also Include Additional Works And Installation Elements That Have Not Been Specified, But Are Necessary For Proper Functioning And Stable Operation And Required Maintenance Works, As Well As To Obtain A Guarantee Of Efficient And Failure-Free Operation.5. The Detailed Method And Scope Of Works Necessary To Complete The Order Were Specified In The Fup Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 6. The Presented Design Documentation Does Not Exempt The Contractor From Taking Measurements And Checking The Necessary Scope Of Work. During The Valuation, The Contractor Should Be Aware Of The Complexity, Size And Requirements Of The Subject Of The Order And That The Value Of The Contract Includes Any Additional Costs That May Be Related To The Contractors Fulfillment Of The Conditions And Requirements Arising From The Contract. 7. The Detailed Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
