The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of A Draft Local Spatial Development Plan For The Task Titled: Preparation Of A Draft Local Spatial Development Plan Providing For The Location Of Wind Farms In The Bielsk Podlaski Commune. Nałogi, Ogrodniki, Orzechowicze, Parcewo, Pasynki, Saki, Sierakowizna, Skrzypki Duże, Skrzypki Małe, Sobótka, Truski, Woronie In The Bielsk Podlaski Commune Along With The Environmental Impact Forecast In The Scope Covered By The Resolution Of The Bielsk Podlaski Commune Council No. Xiii/123/2025 Of April 28, 2025 Regarding Starting To Prepare A Local Development Plan For Part Of The Land Within The Villages: Augustowo, Bańki, Grabowiec, Hołody, Knorydy, Kotły, Łubin Kościelny, Malinowo, Nałogi, Ogrodniki, Orzechowicze, Parcewo, Pasynki, Saki, Sierakowizna, Skrzypki Duże, Skrzypki Małe, Sobótka, Truski, Woronie In The Bielsk Commune Podlaski.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Substantive Formal And Legal Documents (Statutorily Required Letters, Notices, Announcements And Announcements: About Starting The Development Of A Local Plan, About Starting Public Consultations Regarding The Draft Plan, A List Of Submitted Applications Together With A Proposal For Their Consideration And Justification, Summaries Of Opinions, Arrangements Required Under The Plan Procedure And Other Documents Necessary Under The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Document Being Developed; 2) Obtaining, Through Our Own Efforts And On Own Cost Of All Materials And Data Necessary To Prepare The Subject Of The Order. At The Request Of The Contractor, The Ordering Party Will Grant All Necessary Powers Of Attorney To Act On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Before The Relevant Authorities In Order To Perform The Subject Of The Contract; 3) Assessing The Condition Of The Existing Development And Development, Existing Conditions (Urban Planning Inventory Based On Available Documents, And, If Necessary, Field Inspection); 4) Conducting A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment In Accordance With The Act Of October 3, 2008 R. On The Provision Of Information About The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments, Including: A) Obtaining Agreement On The Scope And Level Of Detail Of Information Included In The Environmental Impact Forecast, B) Preparing The Environmental Impact Forecast Of The Draft Local Plan Of The Bielsk Podlaski Commune, Containing A Signed Declaration Of The Author Referred To In The Above-Mentioned Act; 5) Preparing The Draft Local Plan Together With The Justification; 6) Preparing Notifications And Draft Letters In Order To Obtain Opinions And Arrangements, In Including The Municipal Architectural And Urban Planning Commission, According To The Distribution List Indicated By The Contractor;7) Analyzing And Developing A List Of Obtained Arrangements And Opinions, Together With Possible Introduction Of Corrections In The Draft Lo
