Note:A) Renovation Works Will Take Place In An Active Complex.B) The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is A Closed Area Within The Meaning Of Art. 4, Section 2A Of The Geodetic And Cartographic Law Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1151, As Amended).C) Renovation Works May Be Carried Out On Working Days From 7.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M. Or On Dates Agreed With The User, I.E. The Commander Of The Military Unit And Representatives Of The Ordering Party.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Documentation Including: A) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwiorb). B) Investors Bill Of Quantities; C) Design Documentation.4. The Detailed Scope Of Works Was Included In The Specification For Technical Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 9 To The Swz, In The Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 8 To The Swz And In The Design Documentation - Annex No. 12 To The Swz.5. The Contractor Of The Works Is Responsible For The Quality Of Their Execution And For Their Compliance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, Bill Of Quantities, Construction Law, Technical Knowledge And Applicable Construction Standards And Regulations. 6. Expenditures Of Labor, Materials And Equipment In Analogous Items Of The Offer Cost Estimate Should Be Assumed As Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Investors Bill Of Quantities.
