The Subject Of The Order Includes The Replacement Planting Of At Least 400 Trees Of Selected Species: Norway Maple, Silver Maple, Common Ash, Small-Leaved Linden, Norway Spruce, Black Locust, Silver Birch, Weeping Willow, Black Alder, Common Hornbeam, English Oak. Mountain Ash, Scots Pine, European Larch With Trunk Circumferences Of At Least 7 Cm, Measured At A Height Of 100 Cm From The Ground Surface, And Their Care In Plots No. 3094/5, 4754/6, 3133/14, 3274/7, 3217/25, 4732/4, 3212/12, 3287/7, 4714/2, 3412/11, 3095/4, 3094/6, 3095/3, 3094/4, 3217/37, Lipnik District In Bielsko Biała, Belonging To The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Requires A Mixed Species Composition Of Plantings (At Least 7 Species) From Among The Above-Mentioned. Species, Including Deciduous And Coniferous Species. The Species Composition Of Plantings Should Be Matched To The Habitat Conditions And Reflected In The Species Composition Mentioned. Due To Local Conditions (Exposure, Wind Conditions), The Ordering Party Requires That The Trees Be Protected Against Falling Over - Depending On The Size, At Least 1 Stake With A Diameter Of 5 Cm Selected For The Size Of The Tree, Strapping And Securing The Trunk Against Damage When Mowing. Moreover, The Seedlings (Growth Cones) Should Be Protected Against Browsing By Deer Present On The Premises Of The Ordering Partys Plant. Tree Seedlings Must Meet The Following Requirements: - The Top Bud Of The Tree Arrow (Guide) Should Be Healthy And Well-Developed; - The Growth Of The Last Year Should Clearly And Straight Extend The Guide; - The Seedling Arrow Should Be Straight, Woody Along Its Entire Length; - The Bushes Should Be Single Or Multi-Shoot, All Woody; - The Root System Must Be Concentrated, Properly Developed, There Should Be Numerous Fine Roots On The Skeletal Roots; - Plants Planted With Root Ball, The Root Ball Should Be Properly Formed And Not Damaged; Unacceptable Defects Of Seedlings: – Strong Mechanical Damage; – Traces Of Pest Feeding; – Signs Of Disease; – Withering And Wrinkling Of The Bark On The Roots And Above-Ground Parts; – Necrosis And Cracks In The Bark; – Damage To The Top Bud Of The Guide; – Damage Or Drying Of The Root Ball. The Trees In Question Should Be In Good Condition And Their The Root System Should Ensure Their Maintenance And Further Growth. The Planting Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Plantings For A Period Of 12 Months. The Ordering Party Informs That It Requires The Contractor To Conduct A Site Visit To The Area Intended For Planting. The Date Of The On-Site Visit, Which Takes Place Only Before The Scheduled Deadline For Submitting Offers, Should Be Agreed Individually By The Contractor With The Ordering Partys Representative, I.E.
