4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Network With Sewers, Sewage Pumping Stations And Their Energy Supply In The Town Of Wola Zarczycka. The Investment Is Co-Financed By The European Union Under The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan.1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of: - A Gravity Sewage Network With A Total Length Of 9,522 M - A Pressure Sewage Network With A Length Of 2,037 M - Foundation Of A Sewage Pumping Station – 2 Pieces - Construction Of Energy Supply To The Sewage Pumping Station - 2 Pieces - Construction Of Fences And Access Roads To The Pumping Station - Construction Of Sewage Connections To Buildings With A Length Of 1,106 M - Repair Of Ditches And Road Surfaces - Other Elements/Objects Characteristic Of The Sanitary Sewage Network In Accordance With The Scope Presented In The Attached Bills Of Quantities And Design Documentation.2) The Scope Of The Order Includes Preparatory And Measurement Works, Documentation Of The Tests Carried Out Using A Tv Camera, The Slopes Of Completed Sections Of The Sanitary Sewage Network, Development And Execution Of An As-Built Geodetic Inventory.3) The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Scope Of Construction Works Include The Attached Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bill Of Quantities Of Works. 4.2. The Scope Of Work Also Includes Auxiliary And Accompanying Works And Other Work Necessary To Be Performed Not Included In The Documentation, But Necessary To Be Performed Due To Construction Practice, Technical Knowledge And Legal Regulations.4.3. An Integral Part Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Draft Agreement - Annex No. 3 To Swz.4.4. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Contract Award Procedure In The Event Of Failure To Allocate Funds From The National Reconstruction Plan That Are To Be Used To Finance The Contract.4.5. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Preparation Of The Construction Site, 2) Securing The Construction Site, 3) Purchase And Delivery Of Materials Necessary To Complete The Task, 4) Tidying Up The Construction Site, 5) Post-Construction Surveying Inventory.4.6. Other Obligations And Costs Of The Contractor The Scope Of Obligations And Costs Of The Contractor Also Includes: 1) Preparation Of A Safety And Health Protection Plan Before The Commencement Of Construction, 2) Surveying Services (Staking Out), 3) Securing, At Its Own Expense And Effort, The Utilities Necessary To Perform Construction Works, 4) Carrying Out Tests, Research And Technical Measurements, 5) Waste Disposal, 6) Reporting To The Ordering Party For Acceptance Of Works That Are Disappearing And To Be Covered, 7) Developing A Road Traffic Organization Plan For The Duration Of Construction Works (If Applies),8) Costs Related To Carrying Out Works In The Road During Construction, Including Fees For Occupying The Road,9) Securing The Roads Leading To
