1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Ongoing Renovations Of Streets, Sidewalks, Squares, Bridges And Culverts In The City Of Nowy Targ In 2026.2. Construction Works Include In Particular: 1) Partial Renovation Of The Pavement With Asphalt Concrete With Edge Cutting And Poured Asphalt Without Cutting The Edges, 2) Re-Alignment And Renovation Of Sidewalks Made Of Paving Slabs And Concrete Cubes Along With Supplementing The Substructure, 3) Repairs Of Bridges And Culverts, 4) Renovation Of Street And Sidewalk Surfaces Across The Entire Width, 5) Surface Milling, 6) Regeneration Of The Surface With Bituminous Emulsion And Maintenance For A Period Of Time Sweating,7) Performing Other Activities Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Road Network Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Nowy Targ And Impossible To Predict In Advance.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By The Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.4. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1/ Cost Estimate Settlement Of Construction Works, With The Price Components Given In The Tender Offer, In An Amount Not Higher Than The Contractual Amount, 2/ The Unit Prices Given In The Offer Also Include The Cost Of All Activities Resulting From The Technology Of A Given Operation, Necessary For Its Implementation, Even If They Were Not Included In The Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 3/ The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order And Not Specified In The Documents And Given The Offer Price Also Includes The Value Of These Works,4/ In The Case Of Works Not Included In The Table Constituting The Offer, The Basis For The Settlement Of The Commissioned Works Will Be The Detailed Cost Estimate Prepared By The Contractor, Approved By The Supervisory Inspector, Based On The Price Components Given In The Offer And The Average National Prices Of Materials And Equipment Labor Announced In Sekocenbud Publications In The Quarter Preceding The Preparation Of The Above-Mentioned Cost Estimates,5/ The Contractor Is Obliged To Settle The Performed Works On An Ongoing Basis, So As To Prevent Exceeding The Value Of The Contract, The Consequences Of Exceeding The Value Of The Contract Will Be Borne By The Contractor,6/ All Necessary Materials Are Secured By The Contractor (This Also Means Incurring The Related Costs),7/ In Justified Cases Of Threat To Life Or Property Of Significant Value, The Contractor Must Start Performing The Work Within 2 Hours Of Receiving The Telephone Order By An Authorized Employee Of The City Hall,8/ The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Resulting From Improper Performance Of The Work Or Improper Marking And Securing Of The Place Of Performance Works,9/ The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring Safe Conditions At T
