Construction Works Include In Particular: 1/ Grading And Profiling Of Roads With A Dirt/Gravel Surface, 2/ Mechanical Cutting, Adjustment And Profiling Of Roadsides, 3/ Strengthening The Ground Surface With Stone Aggregate, 4/ Strengthening The Ground Surface With Concrete And Stone Aggregate, 5/ Strengthening The Ground Surface With Stone Aggregate (Two Layers), 6/ Renovation Of Crushed Stone Surfaces, 7/ Renovations Crushed Stone Surfaces,8/Renovations Of Reclaimed Surfaces,9/Filling Roadsides With Stone Material,10/Cleaning Culverts With A Diameter Of 60 - 80 Cm Of Pipes Made Of Silt,11/ Laying Separating Geotextile,12/ Earthworks Performed With Excavators And Transport Of Excavated Material.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By The Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.4. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1/ Construction Cost Estimate, With Price Components Given In The Offer For The Public Procurement Procedure, In An Amount Not Higher Than The Contractual Amount, 2/ The Unit Prices Given In The Offer Also Include The Cost Of All Activities Resulting From The Technology Of A Given Operation, Necessary For Its Implementation, Even If They Were Not Included In The Detailed Technical Specification, 3/ The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order And Not Listed In The Documents, And The Given Offer Price Includes Also The Value Of These Works,4/ In The Case Of Works Not Included In The Table Constituting The Offer, The Basis For The Settlement Of The Commissioned Works Will Be The Detailed Cost Estimate Prepared By The Contractor, Approved By The Supervisory Inspector, Based On The Price Components Given In The Offer And The Average National Prices Of Materials And Equipment Labor Announced In Sekocenbud Publications In The Quarter Preceding The Preparation Of The Above-Mentioned Cost Estimates,5/ The Contractor Is Obliged To Settle The Performed Works On An Ongoing Basis, So As Not To Exceed The Value Contract, The Consequences Of Exceeding The Value Of The Contract Will Be Borne By The Contractor,6/ All Necessary Materials Are Secured By The Contractor (This Also Means Incurring The Related Costs),7/ In Justified Cases Of Threat To Life Or Property Of Significant Value, The Contractor Must Start Performing The Work Within 2 Hours Of Receiving A Telephone Order By An Authorized Employee Of The City Hall,8/ The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Resulting From Incorrect Performance Of The Work Or Improper Marking And Securing Of The Place Of Work,9/ The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring Safe Conditions On The Construction Site And In Its Surroundings.
