1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Professional, Publicly Available Outdoor Gym With Variable Load Devices, Along With Obtaining A Building Permit Or Obtaining A Certificate Of No Objection To The Notification Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit, B) Land Development, I.E. Execution Of Construction Works, Including: Construction Of A Square For The Gym And Delivery And Installation Of Gym Equipment Based On The Above-Mentioned Design Documentation. The Investment Is Located Between The Municipal Stadium In Wrocław - Tarczyński Arena, Al. Śląska 1, 54-118 Wrocław And The Ślęza River, On The Plot: - No. 2/2, Am-14, Pilczyce Precinct, Owned By The Wrocław Commune Under The Management Of The Municipal Greenery Board In Wrocław - No. 34/8, Am-14, Pilczyce Precinct, Owned By The Wrocław Commune Under The Permanent Management Of The Roads And Maintenance Authority City In Wrocław. The Area Is Covered By A Local Development Plan (Resolution No. Xxxi/1065/09 Of The Wrocław City Council Of February 19, 2009 On The Adoption Of A Local Development Plan For The Area In The Area Of Ul. Lotnicza And Ul. Pilczycka In Wrocław). There Are No Elements Of Land Development Directly In The Area Covered By The Study (Except Closed Gas Network - G150). Access To The Public Road For The Planned Investment Does Not Change. The Area Is Serviced Via Existing Access Roads. The Aim Of The Project Is To Expand The Existing Sports Offer Around The Municipal Stadium In Wrocław By Adding A Large Gym. Currently, Around The Stadium There Is A Floodlit Football Field With An Artificial Surface, A Basketball Court, A Running Path On The Esplanade, An Ice Rink And A Go-Kart Track.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula And Has Been Divided Into Four: Part I, Development Of Design Documentation, Part Ii, Execution Of Construction Works, Part Iii, Execution Of Gardening Works And Part Iv, Warranty Care Of Greenery.3. The Detailed Opz Is The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) - Annex No. 2 To The Template Agreement.
