1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation, Recording, Production, Editing And Dissemination (I.E. Ensuring At Least 50,000 Views Of Each Film On Social Media) 15 (Fifteen) Educational Films Promoting Entrepreneurial Attitudes, Intended For Broadcast On Websites And Social Media (With The Possibility Of Using The Audio Recording As A Podcast), As Well As Recording A Spot Inviting People To Watch The Films Along With The Transfer Of Proprietary And Related Copyrights. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz) (Hereinafter: Opz) And The Draft Agreement (Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz).3. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems Or Indicates Trademarks, Parameters Or Sources Of Origin (Names Of Manufacturers Or Devices), In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions.4. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Names Of Materials And Products Of Specific Manufacturers, This Should Be Treated Only As A Definition Of The Desired Standard And Quality. In All Such Situations, The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Materials And Products With At Least The Same Technical And Quality Parameters. Product Equivalence Means Offering A Product Whose Technical Parameters Of The Materials Used, Efficiency, Durability And Quality Are Not Inferior To The Quality Of The Materials And Products Described In Swz.5. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches A List Of Equivalent Solutions With Its Description Or Standards To The Offer.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Order Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Pzp.7 Act. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting A Variant Offer Referred To In Art. 92 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. An Offer Providing For A Different Method Of Contract Performance Than That Specified In This Swz.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Concluding A Framework Agreement And Establishing A Dynamic Purchasing System And Does Not Envisage Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer Using An Electronic Auction. 9. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Orders Pursuant To Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law10. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Submitting An Offer In The Form Of Electronic Catalogs Or Attaching Electronic Catalogs To The Offer In The Situation Specified In Art. 93 Of The Pzp.11 Act.
