A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Technical Construction Design, Constituting Annex No. 9 And No. 10 To The Swz, Respectively. 3. Equivalent Solutions. If In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Or Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Other Reference Documents Are Indicated In Relation To Certain Materials, Devices Or Technologies, The Ordering Party Allows Offering Equivalent Materials, Devices Or Technologies Or Offering Solutions Equivalent In Terms Of Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters Described In The Design Documentation, Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And The Materials, Devices Or Technologies From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features To Which The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party (Equivalent Solutions). Materials, Devices Or Technologies From Specific Manufacturers Constitute Only The Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order, By The Term Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements For Materials, Devices Or Technologies Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Websites Of Manufacturers. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution.
