The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Which Includes The Construction Of Municipal Road No. 010337C Ul. Cemetery In Cekcyn, Cekcyn Commune. Scope Of Documentation: A) Reconstruction Of A Dirt Road With A Bituminous Surface, Plot No. 874 And Plot No. 889/15, Cekcyn Registration District, Classified As Road Plots, Cekcyn Commune; B) Route Of The Road In Accordance With The Graphic Attachment (Appendix No. 8 To Swz), Road Length Approximately 280 M; C) Surface Drainage Or Connection To The Rainwater Sewage System; D) Road Width 5 M, Shoulders 0.75 M Made Of Aggregate; E) Two Speed Bumps Marked In The Graphic Attachment (Appendix No. 8 To Swz); F) Reconstruction Of Existing Exits, Construction, Extension Or Reconstruction Of Exits To Plots Adjacent To The Planned Road And Providing Access To Fields; G) Reconstruction Must Meet The Requirements For A Public Road; H) Reconstruction Of Existing Infrastructure, Including Underground Infrastructure, If Necessary, And Also Taking Into Account Collisions, Developing A Project To Remove The Collision; I) Inventory Of Trees That Interfere With The Reconstruction; J) Land Leveling - Earthworks Should Be As Small As Possible; K) Street Lighting In Led Technology;L) Technical Class D, Traffic Category Kr1.2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Obtain Up-To-Date Maps For Design Purposes To The Extent Necessary, Including Resuming/Setting The Boundaries. 2) Performing Geotechnical Tests Of The Subsoil To The Extent Necessary To Develop Design Documentation, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In This Regard And Technical Knowledge. 3) Obtaining Technical Conditions From Industry Companies For The Reconstruction Of Underground Networks And Other Technical Infrastructure In Conflict With The Designed Road Elements And Designed Elements Of Technical Infrastructure, As Well As Including In The Design Documentation Solutions Enabling The Operation Of Networks And Other Elements Of The Rebuilt Technical Infrastructure Resulting From The Conditions Issued By Their Owners. 4) Obtaining From The Competent Authorities And Entities Technical Conditions And Permits And Decisions Required By Law For The Reconstruction And Expansion Of Drainage In The Scope Covered By The Design Documentation, In Including Preparing Water Law Reports And Obtaining Water Law Permits, If Necessary.5) Designing A Technological Channel (Possibly Obtaining A Derogation), If Necessary.6) Obtaining Design Guidelines From The Relevant Conservation Protection Authority Regarding Elements Located In The Conservation Protection Zone Or Constituting An Object Under Conservation Protection, And Obtaining Agreement In This Regard.7) Obtaining The Consent Of The Property Owners/Controllers Or Administrators To Make The Area Available For Co
