The Subject Of The Order As Part Of The Task Called Performance Of Penetration Tests Of It Systems As Part Of The Task Called: Cybersecure Local Government - Advanced Digital Services Implemented As Part Of The Project Improving The Level Of Cybersecurity At The Municipal Office In Dąbrowa Górnicza, In Accordance With The European Funds Program For Digital Development 2021-2027, Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services, Measure 2.2 - Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System - Cyber ​​Secure Local Government (Cs), Is: • Conducting 5 Dedicated Penetration Tests Selected By The Ordering Party Of Online Services Provided By The Office; • Performing 1 External Horizontal Black-Box Penetration Test For The Entire External Ip Address At The Ordering Partys Disposal; • Conducting 1 Horizontal White-Box Penetration Test For The Internal Ict Infrastructure Selected By The Ordering Party.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Attached As Annex 7 To The Terms Of Reference.3. Equivalent Solutions1. If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc.2. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches A List Of Equivalent Solutions With Its Description Or Standards To The Offer.3.
