1. The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Road Maintenance In The Winter Season 2026.2. The Order Concerns Winter Maintenance Of Roads In Więcwice: 2. Scope Of The Order:1) Winter Road Maintenance - These Are Activities Aimed At Reducing Or Limiting Road Traffic Disruptions Caused By Atmospheric Factors Such As Winter Slipperiness And Snowfall. Winter Road Maintenance Includes: A) Preparation Of Materials And Equipment For Combating, I.E. Preventing And Eliminating Slipperiness, B) Removing Snow From The Entire Width Of Roads And Intersections (So As Not To Narrow Them), C) Combating, I.E. The Required Driving License Category, Knowledge Of The Equipment Used And Training To Work In Winter Road Maintenance. Snow Removal Technology Must Not Impede Vehicle Traffic.8) Employees Operating The Equipment Must Be Equipped With Mobile Phones Due To The Required 24-Hour Availability. 9) In The Event Of A Breakdown Of The Vehicle Performing The Services, The Contractor Will Provide, At His Own Expense, A Replacement Vehicle That Meets The Requirements Contained In This Tor. The Ordering Party Will Not Incur Any Additional Costs On This Account.10) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Work Performed And Its Compliance With The Requirements Set Out In This Specification.11) Obligations Of The Contractor: - Maintaining The Readiness Of Persons And Technical Means Ensuring The Commencement Of Snow Removal, Gritting And Snow Removal And Sprinkling Of Roads Within 30 Minutes Of Bein
