Winter Maintenance Service Of Roads And Sidewalks Owned By The Żabia Wola Commune In The Winter Season 2026, Region I. Winter Road Maintenance Is Intended To Alleviate The Inconvenience Associated With The Occurrence Of Atmospheric Phenomena In The Winter. The Principles Of Work And The Technology Of The Service Result From The Currently Applicable Winter Road Maintenance Standards (Appendix No. 10 To Swz). Winter Road Maintenance Standards Describe The Condition Of Road Maintenance For A Given Standard And Permissible Deviations From The Standards After The End Of Snowfall And The Occurrence Of The Phenomenon. The Service Involves Cleaning Roads, Streets And Accompanying Facilities (Bus Bays, Parking Lots) From Snow, Ice, Mud And Eliminating Winter Slipperiness, Monitoring And Controlling The Condition Of Road And Street Surfaces, And One-Time Cleaning Of Roads After The Winter Period. More Than 50% Of The Roads Are Roads With A Dirt Surface And A Width Of Approximately 2.5-5.0 M, The Rest With Surfaces: Bituminous, Destructive, Surface Treated With Asphalt Emulsion. The Commune Area Has Been Divided Into 3 Parts/Areas That Determine The Scope Of Activity Of The Contractors.
