Part I Mowing Of Pitches, The Area Around The Pitches And The Municipal Park In Ślesin Requires The Use Of: - Mechanical Mowing - In The Case Of Pitches And The Municipal Park In Ślesin - Manual - In The Case Of The Area Around The Pitches And Hard-To-Reach Places The Scope Of The Service Includes In Particular: - Mowing With A Combustion/Mechanical Mower (With A Tractor With A Basket Or Without In The Case Of Mulching) Of Pitches In The Ślesin Commune, The Municipal Park In Ślesin Ślesinie, In Accordance With The List, - The Ordering Party Allows Mulching Of Grass, But In The Case Of Playing Fields, All Waste Resulting From Mulching Must Be Removed And Transported To The Landfill On Its Own, - Mowing The Area Around The Playing Fields With A String Mower. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Unit Price Of Mowing The Share Of Cutting With A Fishing Line Amounting To At Least 10% Of The Mowing Area. For Part I, Annex No. 1 To The Offer Form. Provisions For Parts I, Ii, Iii: 1. The Scope Of The Service Includes In Particular: - Carrying Out Any Cleaning Work Before Mowing, - A Blower Should Be Used To Remove Grass Clippings From The Accompanying Infrastructure, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Equipment And Staff In Such Quantity As To Perform The Service Correctly And On Time. All Costs Related To The Operation Of The Equipment And The Provision Of The Service Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor. 2. The Start Date Is Set For: April 2026 To October 31, 2026. 1) The Service Will Be Provided To: - Pitches, Areas Around The Pitches, City Park Once A Month By The 15Th Day Of Each Month, (Regarding Part I) - Playgrounds, Green Areas, Squares And Roadsides By The 15Th Day Of Each Month, (Regarding Part Ii) - Roadsides - Up To The 15Th May, July 15 And September 15 (Regarding Part Iii)2) The Ordering Party Will Issue An Order To The Contractor To Start Mowing No Later Than The 1St Day Of Each Calendar Month.3) In The Event Of A Delay In Issuing The Order By The Ordering Party, The Deadline For Mowing Is Extended By The Number Of Days Corresponding To The Delay In Issuing The Order.4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Mowing By The 15Th Day Of Each Month (Depending On The Part), Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Order, Subject To Section 3.5) Mowing Will Be Performed During The Term Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Monthly Schedule And The Scope Specified In The Annex To The Offer Form For A Given Part. 6) The Ordering Party Allows The Amount Of Mowing To Be Reduced Or Increased By Up To 30% Depending On Weather Conditions. 7) The Ordering Party Allows For The Use Of Manual And Mechanical Mowing Methods, E.G. In The Case Of Mowing Hard-To-Reach Places. 8) The Contractor Is Obliged To Adapt To Weather Conditions And Mow In A Way That Ensures The Safety And Aesthetics Of The Areas. 9) It Is Prohibited To Damage Trees, Shrubs, Hedges And Perennials While Mowing, And Each Damaged Plant Should Be Immediately Replaced At The Co
