If At Any Point In The Documentation There Are References To European Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Adds The Words Or Equivalent To These Names And Everywhere The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems.4.3. The Materials And Devices Indicated In The Documentation, For Which The Manufacturers Name, Proper Name, Trademark, Patent Or Origin Are Indicated, May Be Used With Materials And Devices Equivalent In Terms Of Technical, Quality, Functional And Utility Parameters. The Devices And Materials Intended For Use Should Meet The Parameters Specified In The Design Documentation And Should Not Be Worse Than The Design Assumptions.4.4. The Contractor Referring To The Use Of Equivalent Materials Should Demonstrate That They Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, In Particular By Documenting The Information Attached To The Offer On Technical And Strength Parameters, Detailed Technical Drawings, Certificates, Approvals, Declarations Of Conformity, Catalog Cards Of Devices And Replacement Materials. These Documents Must Clearly State The Equivalence Of The Proposed Materials And Devices In Relation To Those Adopted In The Project.4.5. Documents Confirming Compliance With The Requirements Specified In Point 4.4. Should Be Attached To The Tender Offer.4.6.
