1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity To 2 Consumption Points (Ppe) With A Total Estimated Volume Of 178,985 Kw Over A Period Of 24 Months2. The Scope Of Work Included In The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) The Sale Of Active Electricity Will Take Place Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 1, 1997, Energy Law. B) The Sale Of Active Electricity Will Take Place Via The Distribution Network, Regardless Of The Distribution System Operator: Pge Dystrybucja S.A., With Which The Ordering Party Has Concluded An Agreement For The Electricity Distribution Service. C) The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Current License For Trading In Electricity Issued By The President Energy Regulatory Office. D) The Contractor Is Obliged To Have An Agreement With The Dso - Pge Dystrybucja S.A. Enabling The Sale Of Electricity To The Ordering Partys Ppe Via The Network Of The Dso Indicated Above. E) Order Completion Date: 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. Commencement Of Sales After Completing The Necessary Formalities, I.E. Effective Notification Of The Electricity Sales Contract, Effective Change Of Supplierf) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Represent The Ordering Party Before The Dso In Connection With The Submission Of The Sales Contract, Change Of Supplier. G) The Party Responsible For All Activities Related To The Submission Of The Sales Contract And Carrying Out The Supplier Change Process Will Be The Contractor. Change Of Seller. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With The Data Necessary To Submit A Sales Contract And Change The Seller Immediately After Concluding The Contract. I) The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Trade Balancing. The Contractor Will Perform Commercial Balancing Of The Energy Purchased By The Ordering Party On The Basis Of A Standard Consumption Profile Appropriate For Recipients In The Tariff Group In Accordance With The Qualification And Contractual Capacities Specified In The Agreement For The Provision Of Distribution Services Or Measurement System Indications.J) After Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer And Before Concluding The Agreement, The Contractor Whose Offer Is Considered The Most Advantageous Will Be Obliged To Submit: - An Agreement Regulating The Cooperation Of Contractors Jointly Applying For The Award Of A Public Procurement Contract, Whose Offer Is Considered The Most Advantageous, In The Original Or A Copy Certified As True To The Original By The Contractor Or An Authorized Representative Of The Contractor. If The Contractor Whose Offer Was Selected As The Most Advantageous Avoids Concluding A Public Procurement Contract, The Ordering Party May Re-Examine And Evaluate The Offers From Among The Offers Of The Remaining Contractors In The Procedure Or Invalidate The Procedure.
