The Delivery Includes Cleaning Of The Directorates Office Premises On The 6Th Floor At Drammensveien 165, Oslo. The Premises Are Divided Into Two Separate Wings. One Wing Contains A Meeting Room Section And An Office Area. The Other Wing Is A Pure Office Area. The Approx. 50 Employees Do Not Have A Fixed Workplace And Mainly Have The Option Of Up To 2 Home Office Days Per Week. The Number Of Employees Thus Does Not Give A Correct Picture Of How Many Are Present Daily. There Are Mainly Zones For The Various Departments. This Also Includes Areas With Special Security Requirements. Permanent Cleaners Must Therefore Be Offered, Who, Together With The Cleaning Manager And Any Substitutes, Must Agree To A Background Check And Sit For A Security Interview Before Any Authorization Can Be Granted. Total Cleaning Area Today Is 1,022 M² With The Possibility Of Expansion. As Of Today, A Possible Solution Is To Expand The Office Area By Approx. 30% On The 5Th Floor From 1.1.2027. The Directorate Must Therefore Have The Option To Extend The Contract In Accordance With This.
