The City Of Lohja Requests Your Offer For The Procurement Of Equipment For The Playgrounds Of The School And Daycare Properties Owned By The City, As Well As The Equipment For The Playgrounds Owned By The City. Every Year, The Customer Renews Playground/Park Furniture Based On Life Cycle And User Safety. The City Of Lohja Has A Total Of 45 Playgrounds In School And Daycare Properties, And In Addition 35 Public Playgrounds. Based On The Tender, The Customer Enters Into A Framework Agreement With A Maximum Of 5 Suppliers. The Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of 36 Months. The Start Date Of The Contract Period Will Be Specified As The Procurement Process Progresses. The Procurement Will Be Carried Out As A Framework Arrangement As Described Below. The City Reserves The Right To Tender The Procurement Of Playground Equipment And Park Furniture For Investment Sites Separately At Its Discretion. Furniture And Play Equipment Must Meet All Applicable Safety Regulations. Spare Parts And Accessories Must Be Available For A Period Corresponding To The General Useful Life Of The Furniture And Play Equipment. The Products Are Only Examples Of The Equipment To Be Purchased And Are Used In This Context To Compare Offers, So The Properties Are Therefore Not Binding Regarding The Product Selection To Be Purchased. The Subscriber Does Not Commit To Any Minimum Purchase Quantities Regarding Procurement. The Characteristics Of The Products To Be Purchased During The Contract Period Will Be Defined Separately According To Needs. Selection Of Bids In The Framework Arrangement A Maximum Of Five Suppliers With The Highest Scores Will Be Selected As Suppliers Of Playground Equipment And Park Furniture For The Framework Arrangement.
