The City Of Turku Evaluates The Possibilities Of Producing The Service Either As Its Own Production Or As A Purchase Service. According To § 8.1 Of The Municipalities Act, A Municipality Can Organize The Tasks Stipulated By The Law Itself Or Agree To Transfer Responsibility For Organizing To Another Municipality Or A Group Of Municipalities.
