The Customer Can Also Bid For Designers From Among The Framework Contract Partners On A Project-By-Project Basis. This Procurement Does Not Apply To Large Renovation Or New Construction Projects Carried Out On A Project-By-Project Basis, For Which The Designers Are Always Selected Through A Separate Tender. 3-5 Operators Are Selected For The Framework Contract. In This Procurement, Priority Is Not Used, But The Operator Is Selected As The Most Suitable Service Provider For The Task In Question Based On Existing Resources.
