Actions For Waters - From Source To Sea, Or Acwa Life Project (Life24-Ipe-Fi-Acwa Life) Is A National Strategic Life-Funded Project Whose Goal Is To Implement Finlands Water Management Plans. The Project Promotes And Implements Practical Actions In Five Demo Areas (Appendix 1). The Project Has Different Groups Related To Project Management. The Core Project Group Includes The Project Coordinators Of All Project Partners And The Leaders Of The Work Packages. The Project Team Is Led By The Projects Project Manager. The Project Team Meets At Least 4 Times A Year, And If Necessary And At The Beginning Of The Project More Often, About Once A Month. At The Meetings, Current Topics, Project Progress And Possible Problems Of The Project Activities Are Discussed, And Instructions Are Given. The Meetings Of The Project Group Are Otherwise Held Virtually, But Once A Year The Meeting Is Organized As A Presence Meeting, Mainly In Or Near The Different Demo Areas Of The Project. The Attendance Meeting Is A Workshop-Type Event Where, Led By An External Facilitator, The Next Steps Of The Project And The Linkages And Dependencies Of The Various Activities Are Planned And Organized. The Purpose Of The Attendance Event Is To Strengthen The Consortiums Cooperation, The We-Spirit And The Creation Of A Common Vision Among The Participants. The Task Of The Facilitator Is To Plan The Program And Content Of The Attendance Event Together With The Project Manager. The Facilitator Must Present Operating Methods That Will Be Used To Strengthen The Consortiums Cooperation And Create A Common Vision Within The Project. The Facilitator Is Responsible For Conducting The Attendance Event. The Facilitator Reports The Results Of The Attendance Event To The Subscriber No Later Than One Month (1 Month) After The Event. The Language Of Attendance Events And Reporting Is Finnish. The First Meeting Of The Project Team Will Be Organized In Connection With The Projects Kick-Off Event. The Kick-Off Event Will Be Held On March 10, 2026, And The Project Group Attendance Event On March 11, 2026 In Vaasa. The Facilitator Is Also Required To Be Present At The Opening Ceremony On March 10, 2026. In The Years 2027-2032, Attendance Events Will Be Organized In Different Demo Areas (Appendix 1) With A Rotating System In Different Years. A Work Program Must Be Submitted As An Attachment To The Offer, Which Must Include At Least The Following:- An Example Of The Content And Schedule Of The Attendance Event- The General Principles And Goals Of The Facilitation- Working Methods- The Person(S) Participating In Conducting The Attendance Event And His/Her Qualifications. The Work Program Is A Plan That Can Be Used As A Basis For Planning Meetings With The Customer. Procurement Comprises The Following Complete Years 2026-2027: Two 2-Day Attendance Events (Once A Year) In The Projects Demo Area (Appendix 1). The Events Are Organized In A Rotating System In Different Demo Areas In Different Years. The (Unit) Price Of One 2-Day Presence Event Must Include: * Two (2) Teams Planning Meetings With The Client (2 H/Meeting), * Conducting One Two-Day (2) Attendance Event, * One (1) Teams Decommissioning Meeting With The Client After The Event (2 H/Meeting) And* Reporting The Results Of The Event To The Client. * All Other Costs Incurred By The Supplier, Including Travel Costs. The Customer Is Responsible For Organizing The Space Required For The Attendance Event And Possible Space Rent. Years 2028-2030: Three 1-Day Attendance Events (Once A Year) In The Demo Area Of The Project (Appendix 1). The Events Are Organized In A Rotating System In Different Demo Areas In Different Years. The (Unit) Price Of One 1-Day Attendance Event Must Include: * Two (2) Teams Planning Meetings With The Client (2 H/Meeting), * One One-Day (1) Attendance Meeting Run-Through, * One (1) Teams Decommissioning Meeting With The Client After The Event (2 H/Meeting) And * Reporting Of The Outputs Of The Event To The Client. * All Other Costs Incurred By The Supplier, Including Travel Costs. The Customer Is Responsible For Organizing The Space Required For The Attendance Event And Possible Space Rent. In Addition, The Procurement Entity Reserves The Right To:* Purchase As An Additional Service The Facilitation Of An Additional 1- Or 2-Day Attendance Event Determined By The Project Team At The Unit Price Given In The Offer* Purchase Individual Support Services As An Additional Service At The Unit Price Given In The Offer* Use One Of The Contract Options Mentioned Below, In Which Case The Decision On Using The Option Must Be Made No Later Than 31 January 2029. Option1 - Additional Order For 2031: One 1-Day Attendance Event (2031) In The Demo Area Of The Project (Appendix 1). Or Option2 - Additional Order For 2031-2033: Three 1-Day Attendance Events (2031-2033) In The Demo Area Of The Project (Appendix 1).
