Carrying Out The Cmr Of The Site: Rehabilitation Of The Eastern Quay In Lom Port Terminal Under The Project Prevention Of Floods In Lom - Reconstruction Of The Eastern Quay, Will Be Carried Out According To The Project, The Technical Specification, The Requirements And Instructions Of The Contracting Authority And In Compliance With The Legislation In The Republic Of Bulgaria. According To The Approved Project, For The Eastern Quay In Lom Port Terminal, The Following Are Set: Construction Of A New Supporting Vertical Wall In Front Of The Existing One; Raising The Elevation Of The Territory And The Edge Of The Quay; Construction Of New Under-Crane Roads And Track Developments; Construction Of A New External Electric Power Supply For The Crane Mechanism With The Installation Of New Pole Boxes And Electric Cable Routes From The Existing New Substation. Drainage With Drainage Ditches And Collectors To A Separator Is Planned, Through Which The Surface Flows Are Mechanically Treated And Discharged Into The River - Category Ii Water Intake. The New Retaining Wall Will Be Built Perpendicular To The South Quay, With A New Quay Edge Envisaged At A Distance Of 202Cm From The Currently Most Prominent Edge. The Gap Between The New Wall And The Existing Deformed Wall Will Be Filled With Underwater Concrete Grade C 12/15. On The New Quay Wall, Two Track Groups Of Two Tracks Each, Drawn Into The Under-Crane Spaces, Are Planned, With The Front Under-Crane String Located 3.50 M From The Edge Of The New Quay. Essentially, The Rehabilitation Of The Eastern Quay Provides For The Straightening Of The Cordon Of The Quay, Deformed Towards The Water Area During The Accident With A Maximum Arrow Of 165 Cm, Raising The Setting To Equal The Elevation Of The Southern Quay And Raising The Abutment Along Its Entire Width By Nearly 2.50 M Together With The Track Groups, Under-Crane Roads, Pavements, Etc. The Structural Solution In The Project Envisages The Construction Of A Combined Anchored Steel Structure Of Main Tubular Bearing Elements With A Paired Tkl 603D (Double Pile) Tongue, Which Will Be Used To Straighten The Line Of The Existing Pier And Raise It To The Elevation Of 34.25, Which Is The Elevation Of The South Pier, As Well As Raise The Vertical Layout Of The Entire Stern.
