The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Selection Of A Contractor For The Preparation Of A Complex Report For The Assessment Of Compliance With The Basic Requirements For Construction And Technical Control Under The Constructive Part And The Exercise Of Construction Supervision For The Site: Performance Of Repair And Restoration Works On The Overpass On Road Iii-1006 Blagoevgrad - Padezh - North Macedonia Border At Km 0+000, Above Road I-1 Sofia - Kulata Near The City Blagoevgrad. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is For The Road Infrastructure Agency To Determine A Contractor (Consultant) And Conclude A Contract With Him, For The Preparation Of A Complex Report For Assessing Compliance With The Main Requirements For Construction And Technical Control Under The Constructive Part And Exercising Construction Supervision During The Construction Of The Site, With A View To Carrying Out Quality Construction Of The Site In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements And Compliance With The Agreed Deadlines. Existing Situation: The Facility Is Located At Km 0+000 On Road Iii-1006 Blagoevgrad - Padezh - Granitsa North Macedonia Above Road I-1 Sofia - Kulata. It Has Been In Operation Since 1985 And Situationally It Is In A Straight Line, And Levelly It Is In A Convex Curve. There Are 9 (Nine) Openings With A Clear Length Of 19.45 M Each, And The Width Of The Roadway Is 7.40 M. The Minimum Height Gauge Is 4.81 M (From The Asphalt Surface Of Road I-1). The Examined Section Has A Total Length Of 380 M. The Beginning Of The Facility Is At Km 0+099.16, And Its End Is At Km 0+279.59. In The Section Of The Overpass, The Width Of The Traffic Lane Is 7.00 M. The Existing Drainage Is Superficial. The Asphalt Pavement Is Amortized - With Many Patches, Cracks And Irregularities. There Are Local Areas With Densely Spaced Network-Like Cracks And Holes. The Safety Fence Has Local Deformations And Corrosion. The Construction Of The Facility Is Prefabricated Monolithic. The Statistical Scheme Of The Structure Is A Series Of Individual Superstructures, Simple Beam Type, Placed On Columns. The Lower Structure Consists Of Pillars, Representing A Frame Of A Pair Of Columns With A Connecting Crossbar. *Note: For The Information Of The Participants In This Public Procurement, The Investment Project (Project Documentation) Prepared In The Technical Project Phase (Appendix A) Will Be Attached To The Public Procurement Documentation!
