Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services - Specialist Planning For Technical Equipment Of System Groups 4 And 5 (Power Systems And Telecommunications And Information Technology Systems) In Accordance With Section 55 Hoai 2021. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Technical Planning Services For Technical Equipment Of System Groups 4 And 5 (Power Systems And Telecommunications And Information Technology Systems) In Accordance With Section 55 Hoai 2021 In Conjunction With Appendix 15, Service Phases 1 To 9, For The New Regional Supplier Building For The Ostalb Clinics At The Essingen Location. The Specialist Planning Services For Technical Equipment Are Commissioned In Stages, In Particular If Expected Funding Is Approved For The Respective Stage, As Long As Financing Is Secured And As Long As There Are No Serious Reasons Against Further Commissioning. These Are Reasons That Would Entitle The Client To Extraordinary Termination In The Event Of An Order That Has Already Been Placed. The Services Are Commissioned By Unilateral Request, Either Completely Or Limited To Certain Service Phases (Step-By-Step Commissioning). The Contractor Has No Legal Right To Commission Individual Or Even All Stages. The Scope Of The Services To Be Provided By The Contractor Results From The Engineering Contract And The Appendices. The Contractor Must Carefully Check The Contract Components With The Expertise Of An Experienced Technical Equipment Planner For Contradictions, Gaps, Errors, Inconsistencies And Ambiguities And Immediately Point These Out To The Client In Writing. The Contracting Parties Agree That This Obligation Also Applied At The Stage Of Initiating The Contract.
