Information-Processing Equipment – ​​Purchase Of 1 Piece Of E-Control System With License, Training, Maintenance And Development. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 1 Piece Of The System (Hereinafter Referred To As The System) Along With Its Installation And Configuration, Intended For Mobile E-Control Of Vehicles In The Paid Parking Zone (Spp) Applicable In The City Of Mińsk Mazowiecki. The System Should Correctly Recognize And Read Registration Numbers From Single- And Double-Row Polish License Plates (Detailed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order) And Foreign License Plates In European Countries (Permanent And Temporary). The Delivery Of The System Also Includes: • Maintenance Of The Installed System For A Period Of 36 Months, Starting From The Date Of Its Fault-Free Acceptance Protocol, Including All Activities Aimed At Ensuring The Correct Operation Of The Installed System, Including Access To Its Standard Updates, Ongoing User Support, Removal Of Possible Failures/Critical Failures And Maintaining The Service Within The Periods Recommended For Its Proper Operation, • Granting A Non-Exclusive Unlimited License To The Extent Necessary For The Ordering Party To Use The E-Control System Spp, • Implementation And Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees In The Use Of The E-Control System And The Application For Its Operation, • Maintaining The System In Full Technical Condition Throughout The Period Resulting From The Contract Concluded With The Contractor, Including All Necessary And Delivered Components Together With The Application.
