Hot Water Is Not Provided In The Sanitary Facilities. All Sanitary Units Are Subject To Repair. The Buildings Sewage System Is Made Of Stone For The Most Part, And Only On The First Floor It Has Been Replaced With Pvc. The Entire Electrical Installation Is Outdated And Needs To Be Replaced. The Lighting Fixtures Have A Grid For Outdoor Installation And Do Not Meet The Requirements For Energy Efficiency. Electric Panels Are Outdated With Ceramic Fuses.
