The Need Has Been To Look At Daytime Employment As A Whole, So That The Physical Locations Will Provide Better Utilization For Both Citizens And Staff. In This Project, The Following 3 Addresses Will Be Worked On In Priority Order: 1) Perronen, Langelandsvej 22, 5500 Middelfart, 2) Fælleshåb, Bogensevej 123, 5500 Middelfart, And 3) Landejendommen, Nørregade 140, 5592 Ejby. The Scope Of The Renovation Is Detailed In The Outline - Appendix 13 And Room Description Annexes 8A, 8B And 8C As Well As The Project Description In Appendix 13. The General Consultant Must, Together With Middelfart Municipality, Further Develop The Outline. The Platform – Langelandsvej 22, 5500 Middelfart: The Platform Is Located At Langelandsvej 22, 5500 Middelfart, Together With Entreprenørgården. Today, Perronen Functions As A Day Employment Offer For Citizens Who Are Developmentally Disabled. Going Forward, It Is Hoped That Day Employment Will Be Extended To Also Include Citizens Who Currently Spend Their Daily Lives At Fælleshåb. These Citizens Have More Extensive Physical Disabilities And Therefore Need Special Measures To Ensure Access And Movement In The Building. In Addition, There Are Citizens With Mental Challenges Who Need Quiet Surroundings With The Option Of Retreating To Separate Rooms. An Extension Is To Be Established For The Entreprenørgårdens Staff. The Extension Must Accommodate An Office, A Kitchenette With Dining And Meeting Facilities, Toilets As Well As A Technical Room And Cleaning Room. When Entreprenørgårdens Staff Have Moved Out, The Rebuilding Can Take Place. Building Begins For The Citizens From Fælleshåb. Fælleshåb – Bogensevej 123, 5500 Middelfart: Daytime Employment At Fælleshåb Is Today Characterized By Dilapidated Facilities. The Building Section From 1997 Must Be Updated So That In Future It Will Be The Primary Heated Building For The Citizens Who Are Still Associated With The Site For Day Employment. The Building Needs To Be Updated With New Floors, Painting, Minor Changes To The Interior Design And A Review Of The Technical Installations. The Other Rooms In The Heated Barn Must Be Renovated With A Minimum Of Measures. Going Forward, It Is Intended As An Unheated Workshop For The Citizens Who Remain At Fælleshåb. Stu – Nørregade 140, 5592 Ejby: Nørregade 140 Is A Former Country Property. The Farmhouse Has Been Empty In Recent Years. The House Must Be Cleaned Inside - To The Underside Of The Roof, External Walls And Load-Bearing Ground Cover. It Must Then Be Rebuilt For The Future Use Of Staff And The Citizens Who Will Be Assigned To The Site. These Will Include Students From Stu (Specially Organized Education). However, It Will Also Be Possible To Connect Citizens With Developmental Disabilities To The Site. Reference Is Made To The Overall Tender Material, Including The Total Consultant Agreement With Annexes For A Further Description Of The Scope Of The Tasks. The Total Consultant Agreement Is Based On Abr 18 And The Performance Description For Construction And Landscape (Ybl 18).
