Sund Og Bælt Holding A/S Hereby Conducts, On Behalf Of The Companies, This Tender Regarding The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With One Company Regarding Land Surveyor Services. Sund & Bælt Handles Tasks Related To The Operation And Maintenance Of Denmarks Largest Traffic Capital Investments, Namely The Great Belt Link, The Øresund Link And The Future Fehmarn Belt Link. In Addition, Sund & Bælt Carries Out Tasks Associated With Other Projects Such As Eastern Ring Road, The Extension Of The Øresund Motorway, Overtaking Tracks At Kalvebod, The Extension Of Copenhagen Airport Station. At Projekterne, Sund & Bælt More Specifically Handles Tasks Related To Feasibility Studies, Environmental Impact Assessments, Planning And Construction. In This Connection, Sund & Bælt Has An Ongoing Need For Assistance From The Consultant To Handle Various Land Surveyor Tasks. The Following Special Services Are Expected To Be Resolved By The Adviser; 1) Assistance For The Preparation And Conclusion Of Voluntary Agreements 2) Preparation Of Compensation Proposals 3) Assistance In Connection With The Preparation And Implementation Of Expropriation 4) Assistance In Connection With The Preparation Of Environmental Impact Assessments And Corresponding Documents With A View To Publication And Consultation 5) Cadastre Cases And Sale Of Boundaries And Areas In The Field 6) Marine Work 7) Terrain Modelling. At Projekterne, Sund & Bælt More Specifically Handles Tasks Related To Feasibility Studies, Environmental Impact Assessments, Planning And Construction. In This Connection, Sund & Bælt Has An Ongoing Need For Assistance From The Consultant To Handle Various Land Surveyor Tasks. The Tasks Range Widely, As The Projects Are At Different Stages, Just As They Are Carried Out Or Planned To Be Carried Out In Different Parts Of The Country And Relate To Different Technical Solutions. In Addition, Sund & Bælt Anticipates That In Connection With The Preparation Of The Environmental Impact Assessment For The Eastern Ring Road As Well As Any New Projects Under Sund & Bælts Auspices, There Will Be An Ongoing Need To Handle Land Surveyor Tasks. The Framework Agreement Is Non-Exclusive, And The Customer Is Thus Entitled - But Not Obliged - To Use The Supplier. The Supplier Is Obliged To Deliver The Services Included In The Framework Agreement. The Customer Does Not Undertake To Purchase Any Specific Quantity Of The Services Covered By The Framework Agreement.
