The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Project Entitled Installation Of Renewable Energy Systems In The Golina Commune In The Design And Build Formula, Including The Delivery And Assembly Of Photovoltaic Installations And Photovoltaic Installations With Energy Storage And Heat Pumps For Residential And Public Buildings. 2. The Entire Task Includes Works That Will Be Carried Out In The Golina Commune In The Design And Build Formula, Related To: - Development Of Comprehensive, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation, Including All Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program In The Scope Of Delivery And Assembly Of Photovoltaic Installations And Photovoltaic Installations With Energy Storage, As Well As Delivery And Installation Of Heat Pumps For Residential And Public Buildings, - Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation Or Photovoltaic Installation With Energy Storage, - Modernization Heating System, Consisting In Changing The Currently Used Heat Source In The Heating System And/Or Preparing Domestic Hot Water To Installing Heat Pumps With A Ground Exchanger Or Air-Water Type, - Performing Additional Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program In The Scope Of Delivery And Installation Of Photovoltaic Installations And Photovoltaic Installations With Energy Storage, And In The Scope Of Delivery And Installation Of Heat Pumps For Photovoltaic Installations For Residential Buildings. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out All Works, Services And Inspections That Will Ensure The Validity Of The Warranty Of Individual Devices/Installation Elements - In Accordance With The Guidelines Set By The Given Manufacturer Of Devices/Installation Elements In This Respect - Throughout The Warranty Period, In Accordance With The Offer Submitted During The Procedure. 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Keep A Service Book, Which Will Contain Entries From Inspections And Repairs. 5. Equipment And Construction Products Used By The Contractor Must: - Be Brand New, On The Day Of Their Delivery To The Construction Site, They Cannot Be Older Than 12 Months From The Date Of Production And Meet The Requirements Of The Developed Design Documentation And The Functional And Utility Program, - Have An Instruction And Use Manual In Polish, - Have A Written Guarantee From The Manufacturer Or The Contractor Regarding Quality, - Be Introduced Into The Trade, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 13, 2016 On Conformity Assessment And Market Surveillance Systems (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1854), -Have A Declaration Of Compliance With The Provisions Set Out In Community Harmonization Legislation And The Provisions Of Regulation (Eu) No. 305/2011 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 9 March 2011 Establishing Harmonized Conditions For The Placing On The Market Of Construction Products And Repealing The Council Directive 89/106/Eec - Ce Marking Or Have A National Declaration Of Performance Issued On The Basis Of The Provisions Of The Act Of 16 April 2004 On Construction Products
