Construction Work – Welding Assembly Work During A Four-Year Period. The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With The Re-Opening Of Competition Between The Parties To The Framework Agreement For Welding Assembly Work Over A Four-Year Period. Welding Assembly Works Include, In Addition To Welding And Assembly Works, The Supply, Transport And Assembly Of Material And Equipment With The Implementation Of Controls And The Production And Arrangement Of The Required Documentation On The Performed Works (Pid, Schemes, Declarations, Proofs, Etc.), And Also Include The Necessary Activities That Are Carried Out On Gas Equipment And Systems (Disassembly, Transport, Assembly, Commissioning, Tests) On The Gas Transmission System. Welding And Assembly Work Includes Work That Is Also Carried Out In Rooms That Have A Defined Explosion Hazard Zone, Namely In The Processing Of Measurement And Regulation Stations And Lines, Hot Connections, Installation And Replacement Of Gas Meters Or Insulating Monoblocks, And Interventions On Shut-Off And Safety Equipment (Ball Valves With Drives, Vzv, Regulators, Viv). The Work Is Carried Out For The Maintenance, Replacement, Addition, Upgrade And Modernization Of All Necessary Equipment And For The Connection Of New Consumers. Within The Framework Of The Order, A Larger Number Of Completed Services Will Be Successively Performed In The Next Four Years At Various Facilities Of The Gas Transmission System In The Republic Of Slovenia, The Client Will Re-Open The Competition For Each Specific Case Of The Service According To The Framework Agreement.
