Bearings – T-151/24 - Procurement Of General Bearings. Procurement Of General Bearings Within The Framework Of A General Purchase Agreement. Total Quantity (Planned): 109,424 Quantity Units (Pieces, Set) / 24 Months The Details Are Contained In The Price Table And The Technical Description. The Quantities Given In The Price Table Have Been Determined For 12 Months Based On Previous Usage Experience, So-Called Empirical Quantities. The Experimental Quantities Have Been Given For The Purpose Of A Well-Founded Assessment Of The Offers, To Determine The Total Offer Price Without Vat, The Quantities Procured Under The Contract May Differ From These Experimental Data. The Bidder Must Submit His Bid In The Knowledge Of The Above. Only The Unit Prices Are Indicated In The Annex To The Contract To Be Concluded. The Tenderer Undertakes To Issue An Order With A Total Value Of 70% Of The Total Sum Fixed In The Framework Contract. The Tenderer Draws Attention To The 321/2015. (X. 30.) To The Provisions Of Section 46 (3) Of The Government Decree. In His Offer, The Offeror Must State, In A Company-Like Manner, That: • The Deadline For Completion, Which Cannot Be More Than 20 Working Days; • Undertakes The Performance In The Schedule Requested By The Bidder And In The Quantity According To The Orders; • Provides The Products In The Specified Quality And, In Case Of Winning, Delivers The Items Offered In The Offer For The Entire Duration Of The Contract; • The Offered Product Is Delivered In Protective Packaging Against Dust, Water And Other Contamination During The Entire Duration Of The Contract, The Packaging Must Also Protect Them From All Kinds Of External Damage During Transport And Storage. The Packaging Is Marked With A Clearly Legible Label That Remains For Four Years. The Marking Includes The Bidders Id And The Date Of Delivery. • The Agreed Warranty Period Is At Least 12 Months From The Date Of Receipt, With No Mileage Limitation; • The Logo/Name Of The Product Manufacturer Will Appear On The Product Offered, Or If This Is Not Possible, On Its Packaging. • Ensures The Delivery Of The Parts, For Which He Does Not Charge A Separate Fee; • Acknowledges That - The Contracting Authority Only Sends Orders By E-Mail, For Which Purpose It Ensures That The Orders Are Received At A Single E-Mail Address In Case Of Winning, - The Date Of Communication Of The Order To The Winning Bidder By The Contracting Authority Is The Date Of Dispatch Of The Order To This E-Mail Address, And The Winning Bidder Is Obliged To Ensure That The Order Is Received At The E-Mail Address Specified By Him On The Day Of Dispatch By The Contracting Authority; • Cxcvi Of 2011 On National Assets. Qualifies As A Transparent Organization In Accordance With The Provisions Of Section 3, Paragraph (1) Of The Act, Undertakes To Certify This Upon Request Of The Contracting Authority, Ensures Transparency Continuously During The Existence Of The Contract Concluded As A Result Of The Procedure, In The Event Of A Change, Notifies The Contracting Authority Immediately In Writing Of The Change, And Also Acknowledges That These Obligations
