Landscaping Work For Parks - Execution Of Works Within The Capela Park Landscaping Project. Within The Framework Of The South-West Oltenia Regional Program 2021-2027, The Call For Pr Projects Sv/Mrj1/3B/2.7/2003 - Support For The Conservation, Improvement Or Expansion Of The Green-Blue Infrastructure Call Dedicated To Municipalities That Are The Seat Of The County, On 27.09.2024 The Financing Contract No. 160 Related To The Project Entitled Capela Park Development, Between Uat Râmnicu Vâlcea Municipality As The Beneficiary And The South-West Oltenia Regional Development Agency, As The Management Authority For The South-West Oltenia Regional Program 2021-2027 (Am Pr Sv Oltenia). The Objective Of The Project Is The Intensification Of Actions For The Protection And Conservation Of Nature, Biodiversity And Green Infrastructure, Including In Urban Areas, As Well As The Reduction Of All Forms Of Pollution. The Main Categories Of Intervention Works Provided For In The Project Are: Main Activities: • Land Sanitation Activities (Which Do Not Necessarily Involve The Clearing Of Existing Vegetation), With The Maintenance Of Ecologically Important Trees, Cleaning The Land Of Existing Garbage, Treatment Against Pests, On The Lands Subject To Interventions. Sanitization Activities Do Not Represent Chemical Decontamination Activities; • Collection, Sorting And Transport To The Authorized Warehouses Of The Resulting Waste; • Replacement Of Destroyed, Aged Natural Elements/Materials That Are At Risk Of Contamination With Diseases Or Pests; • Land Leveling And Terracing Or Other Geometric Modeling Of The Land; • Vertical Systematization, Accesses/Alleys/Drains/Gutters/Drainage Channels, Retaining Walls, Drainage, Land Modeling, Site Preparation Works, Eventual Fencing If Necessary; • Modernization Of The Forest-Park, Which Includes Afforestation And Afforestation Activities, Planting, Replanting, Additions, Replacement Of Existing Trees With Species Resistant To Environmental Conditions And Specific Urban Microclimate; Grassy Species, Mixtures With High Ecological Value: Meadows, Flowering Glades; Perennial Species With Successive Flowering, Including Root, Bulbous, Rhizome Species, Etc.; Lianas, Climbers And Ground Cover Species; Massifs Of Shrubs And Fruit Bushes; Fruit Trees; Trees Of Size I, Ii And Iii. • Planting With Native Perennial Plants, As Well As Planting Native Trees And Shrubs, But Which Are Resilient To The Expected Future Impacts Of Climate Change. Purchases Of: Seedlings, Seeds, Including Phytosanitary Treatments; • Maintenance Operations Will Be Carried Out On The Natural Planted Framework, Respectively, Modeling And Maintenance Pruning, Anchoring, Palisades; • Works On Drainage Systems, Drainage, Input Of Soil Material, Digging Pits; • Natural Measures To Drain/Direct Rainwater And Build Irrigation Systems, If Necessary; • Biodiversity Protection – Biodiversity Accelerators, Ame Spaces
