Ambulance Services – Emergency Doctor. The St. Willibrord-Spital Emmerich-Rees Hospital Has Been Entrusted With The Emergency Doctor Provision By The Kleve District. In The Future, The Hospital Would Like To Have This Service Provided Entirely By An External Service Provider. The Following Criteria Are Essential: - Fixed Pool Of Emergency Doctors To Ensure Long-Term, Reliable And Collegial Cooperation With The Emergency Service - Doctors From The Region Should Preferably Be Used - Additional Fallback Levels Of The Contractor To Compensate For Short-Term Failures (This Must Be Described In The Offer) - 365 Days Of 24-Hour Availability Of The Contractor In Order To Be Able To Organize Replacements At Any Time In The Event Of Short-Term Failures. Trained And Decision-Making Personnel Must Be Available Here. The Bidder Checks The Doctors To Be Deployed For The Following Requirements: - Approval - Specialist Status With Reference To Emergency Medicine (E.G. Anesthesia, Internal Medicine, Surgery) - Additional Designation In Emergency Medicine Or Specialist Knowledge In Emergency Services - Proof Of Further Training In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Legislature/Medical Associations - Regular Emergency Medicine Training (E.G. Acls, Pals, Atls Or Comparable Courses) - Language Skills: Sufficient Spoken And Written Knowledge Of German (At Least C1 Level) To Ensure Safe Communication With The Emergency Service Personnel, The Control Center And The Patients - Fulfillment Of The Requirements Of Section 23C Sgb Iv - Professional Liability Insurance For Doctors
