The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Delivery And Assembly Along With The Launch Of The Res Installation: A) Photovoltaic Panels For Facilities Located In The Commune - Number Of Installations 160 Pcs., With A Total Capacity Of 1,134.9 Kw B) Installation Of 2 Photovoltaic Installations At The Bup - With A Capacity Of 59.6 Kw C) Installation Of 8 Hybrid Inverters For The Bup D) Energy Storage Units For Photovoltaic Installations In The Amount Of 160 Pieces For Facilities Located In The Commune And Capacity 1184 Kwh E) Energy Storage For Photovoltaic Installations In The Amount Of 10 Pieces For Bup And Capacity Of 205 Kwh F) Installation Of 1 Heat Pump With A Power Of Min. 9 Kw 3.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3.3. The Delivery Includes Brand New And Unused Devices. The Contractor Will Provide Acceptance, Training And User Instruction Included In The Offer Price. 3.4. The Ordering Party Requires A 10-Year Warranty For The Mounting Structure For Photovoltaic Modules. 3.5. The Contractor Should Anticipate And Price In His Offer That Approximately 10% Of The Installation Will Be Installed On The Ground. 3.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers (The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts Due To The Fact That The Subject Of The Order Constitutes One Inseparable Whole And Cannot Be Divided Into Parts For Technical And Functional Reasons). 3.7. The Term Delivery Of Equipment Should Be Understood As Delivering The Subject Of The Order Required By The Ordering Party At Its Own Expense And Risk, Installing It In The Place Indicated By The User, Starting Up All Devices, Checking Their Proper Operation And Giving Them Proper Configuration, And Training The User. 3.8. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Co-Financed As Part Of The Project: Construction Of A Renewable Energy Installation With Energy Storage From European Union Funds Under The Regional Program European Funds For The Łódź Region 2021-2027. 3.9. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers. 3/10 The Ordering Party Does Not Intend To Conclude A Framework Agreement. 3/11. The Ordering Party Does Not Intend To Establish A Dynamic Purchasing System. 3/12. The Ordering Party Does Not Intend To Select The Most Advantageous Offer Using An Electronic Auction. 3/13. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Equivalent Offers For Individual Items Of The Subject Of The Contract. An Equivalent Offer Is An Item With The Same Or Better Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters Meeting The Minimum Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Assortment And Price Sheet). In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Detailed Specification Together With The Offer, Which Will Clearly Show The Ordering Party That The Offered Product Range Has The Same Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters In Relation To The Product Range Specified By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
