As A Result Of An Accident, The Nose Plate Unit Of The Electric Cab Was Severely Damaged And Deformed. The Damaged Drivers Cab Unit Was Dismantled, And Then In 2023 The Tram With Track Number 2026 Was Restored - With The Help Of Intact Elements Of Tram 2014, And Returned To Traffic With The Temporary Track Number 2041. In This Case, The Head Unit Of The Electric Cab With Track Number 2014 Needs To Be Replaced At Both Ends. The Head Units Are Completely Interchangeable And Identical At Both Ends Of The Assembly. During The Collision With The Central Front Section Of The Plastic Self-Supporting Vehicle Heads With Glass Fiber Reinforced Sandwich Structure, The Central Zone Was Completely Destroyed. The Zone Under The Windshield Was Significantly Damaged In Both Vehicles, But Thanks To The Lower Fixing And Stiffening Frame, It Remained In One Piece, Where The Fracture, Deformation, Delamination Of The Composite Elements And The Separation Of The Sandwich Layers Were Extensive, Both In The Front And Side Sections. The Zone Above The Windshield Was Significantly Damaged In The Case Of The 2014 Vehicle, While The Frontal Section Of The 2026 Vehicle Did Not Suffer Significant Structural Damage During The Accident. The Condition Of The Remaining Structural Element Indicates That It May Have Been Affected During Rescue, Transport, And Dismantling, And Then As A Result Of Storage, Which Makes Its Further Use As A Vehicle Superstructure Impossible. Additional External Cladding Composite Structural Elements Damaged During The Collision: ▪ Front Front Panel Right, ▪ Front Front Panel Left, ▪ Front Panel Lower - (Front Panel Center P/N: A6z00000106227), ▪ Right Lower Panel Under Drivers Cab Head Unit - (Front Panel Right P/N: A6z00000106213), ▪ Left Lower Panel Under Drivers Cab Head Unit - (Front Panel Left P/N: A6z00000106220), The Cladding Elements Listed Above Were Significantly Damaged And Most Of Them Were Destroyed During The Collision And The Rescue Work. Internal Cladding Elements Damaged Or Destroyed During The Collision: ▪ Dashboard Console Front Panel, ▪ Instrument Panel Control Side Panel, ▪ Upper Right Cover Panel, ▪ Upper Left Cover Panel, ▪ Ceiling Cover Panel, ▪ Rear Firewall, ▪ Front Front Surface Inner Cover Panel, The Cover Elements Listed Above Were Significantly Damaged And Most Of Them Were Destroyed.
