Electricity – Supply Of Electricity. Supply Of Electricity For A Period Of Four Years, Based On The Expressed Needs Of The Client, In Accordance With The Technical Characteristics And Other Required Conditions Specified In The Tender Documentation. The Delivered Electricity Must Contain A Minimum Of 50% Of Electricity From Renewable Sources. In Order To Stimulate The Production Of Energy From Renewable Sources, And In Order For It To Become More Competitive With Energy Obtained From Conventional Sources And To Encourage The Construction Of New Sources Of Renewable Energy And Achieve Sustainable Development, The Customer Determined That The Electricity Must Contain The Above-Mentioned Minimum Percentage Of Electricity From Renewable Sources. Renewable Energy Sources Are Renewable Non-Fossil Energy Sources, I.E. Wind Energy, Solar Energy (Thermal And Photovoltaic) And Geothermal Energy, Energy From The Environment, Tidal Energy And Other Ocean Energy, Hydropower, Biomass, Gas Obtained From Waste, Gas Obtained From Waste Water Treatment Devices And Biogas (In Accordance With Article 3 Of The Law On The Electricity Market (Official Gazette 111/21 And 83/23).
