Passenger Car - Shared Use: Total: 35; 2. Passenger Car – Shared Electric: Total: 16; 3. Passenger Vehicle - Minibus: Total: 1 Pc. 4. Passenger Vehicle - Job Related: Total: 9 Pcs. In Order To Optimize Its Activities, The Bidder Wishes To Solve The Need For A Passenger Vehicle By Using A Pass And At The Same Time A Comprehensive Fleet Management Service. Responsibilities Of The Winning Bidder: Provision Of Technical, Financial And Administrative Services Related To The Availability, Repair, Maintenance And Management Of The Bidders Fleet Of Passenger Vehicles. In The Case Of Vehicles, The Calculation Must Be Made For A 60-Month Term Per Vehicle And An Average Fleet Mileage Of 20,000 Km/Year. In Relation To The Total Overrun And Underrun Per Vehicle Category, An Overrun Or Underrun Fee Of More Than 10% Per Vehicle Category Cannot Be Enforced. In This Public Procurement Procedure, A Motor Vehicle That Is Free Of Defects And Damage, Manufactured Within 12 Months Prior To The Handover, And Placed On The Market In Hungary By The Bidder Based On A Contract Concluded After The Completion Of This Public Procurement Procedure Is Deemed To Be New. The Vehicle Was Not A Show Car In Hungary Or Abroad, Nor Was It Used As A Test Vehicle. The Vehicles Odometer May Not Show More Than 100 Km At The Time Of Handover. In Addition To The Vehicle Insurance Service, The Bidders Task Is To Provide The Related Tasks And Services Detailed In The Technical Description. The Related Tasks And Services Include: - Administration And Continuous Follow-Up Of Insurance Events, - Continuous Control Towards The Insurance Company(S), Striving To Achieve The Most Favorable Conditions For Both Insurance Premiums And Claims Settlements, - Organization And Follow-Up Of Maintenance, Services, Repairs, - Monitoring Of Vehicle Mileage, Notification Of Expected Service, - During Repairs, The Installation Of Factory Parts And Control Of Compliance With Factory Technological Regulations And The Use Of Quality Materials Prescribed By The Manufacturing Plant, - Fulfillment Of The Clients Expectations Related To Tires, Detailed In The Technical Description, - Assistance Service (Provision Of A Replacement Vehicle In Certain Cases), - Pick-Up Service, - Provision Of Equipment Included In The Technical Description. The Detailed Technical Requirements For Motor Vehicles And The Contractual Conditions Are Contained In The Public Procurement Documents.
