Purpose Of Services: Collection Of Residual And Organic Household Waste 2026-2030 The Service Contract Governed By These Specifications Has The Following Purposes: 1. The Ordinary Weekly Collection Of Residual And Organic Household Waste By Smart Containers Throughout The Territory Of The Municipality Of Crisnée As Well As Their Transport To The Place Of Treatment, That Is To Say In The Facilities Of The Intercommunal Intradel. The Collection Of Residual And Organic Household Waste Will Take Place Simultaneously In A Duo Truck Whose Waste Will Be Sorted At Source, With Separate Identification And Weighing. Collection Will Take Place On Wednesday For The Entire Territory Of The Municipality Which Currently Has 3,599 Inhabitants And Around 1,700 Collection Points (Figures As Of 01/16/2026). The Collection Day May Be Modified By Mutual Agreement Between The Successful Bidder And The Contracting Authority. 2. The Supply Of Smart Containers To Each Home As Well As For The Storage And Removal Of Waste From Municipal Buildings. Door-To-Door Distribution Of These Containers Before The First Collection Will Be Done Following A Municipal Listing. The Company Includes In Particular: A) Collection Of Household Waste By Smart Containers Every Wednesday (Or Saturday If Public Holidays). B) The Use Of Specially Adapted Collection Vehicles And All Their Accessories Complying With Current Legislation. C) All Operating, Insurance And Maintenance Costs For The Aforementioned Vehicles. D) Costs Of Personnel Assigned To Driving The Vehicle. E) Costs Of Staff Assigned To Collection. F) Everything Necessary For The Operation Of Special Collections. G) Transmission Of Individual Data To The Contracting Authority (See Technical Clauses) The Contract May Be Tacitly Renewed 3 Times.
