The Task Of Bayerischer Rundfunk, Founded In 1949, Is To Provide A Basic Media Service: A Non-Commercial, Independent Quality Program For The Entire Population That Informs, Educates, Advises And Entertains - On Radio, Television And The Internet. The Subject Of The Advertised Service Is The Provision, Introduction And Operation Of A Cloud-Based Software Solution For Skill Management And Internal Mobility For Bayerischer Rundfunk (Br). The Software Solution Is Intended To Support The Client In - Recording And Maintaining Existing Competencies (Skills) Of Employees In A Structured Manner, - Making Skill Profiles Usable For Internal Assignments, Projects And Vacancies, - As Well As Promoting Internal Mobility And Continued Employment In A Transparent And System-Supported Manner. The Solution Is To Be Provided As An Independently Usable (Standalone) Application And Is Not Used As A Core Hr System. It Can Be Used Via A Web-Based Interface Without A Local Client Installation. The Software Will Be Used In An Initial Project Phase For Around 2,000 Freelance Employees With A Technical Focus On Skill-Based Job And Project Matching. In Addition To The Provision Of The Software, The Service Also Includes The Introduction Of The Solution, Including The Technical And Technical Commissioning, As Well As Ongoing Operation And Maintenance During The Contract Term. The Contractor Must Provide A Cloud-Based Software Solution That Supports Bayerischer Rundfunk In The System-Based Recording, Maintenance And Use Of Skills And In Promoting Internal Mobility. The Software Solution Must Make It Possible To Map A Skill Model Specified By The Client In A Structured Manner And Make It Usable For Different Purposes. Employees Should Be Able To Maintain Complete Skill Profiles That Can Be Used For Internal Assignments, Projects And Job Placements. This Includes, In Particular, The Recording Of Skills, Experience Or Competence Levels, Roles And Additional Profile-Related Information. In Addition, The Solution Must Provide Functions To Support Internal Mobility. Departments Should Be Able To Publish Internal Tasks, Projects Or Vacancies Using The System. Employees Must Have Access To These Internal Offers And The Opportunity To Register Their Interest Or Application Via The System. The Corresponding Processes Must Be Mapped Transparently, Comprehensibly And Uniformly. The Software Solution Is Also Intended To Support Skill Assessment Procedures. This Includes In Particular Functions Relating To Self-Identification And Externality
