The Construction Manager Leads And Coordinates The Construction Management For The Assigned Area/Contract/Technology. The Construction Manager Is The Project Managers Support In Production Technical Matters To Ensure That What Is Delivered Is In Accordance With The Agreed Conditions. The Construction Manager Must Actively Work Within The Assigned Area/Contract/Technology To Provide A Basis For Decisions, With The Aim Of Efficient Production And That The Contract Is Carried Out In The Best Possible Way Against Set Goals. Consultant And Project Manager Design In Dialogue A More Precise Clarification Of The Work Content. The Scope Is Mainly As Follows, But Not Limited To: • Follow Up On Assigned Contracts In Accordance With Contract Documents • Participate In Production Technical Solutions On Site • Be Responsible For The Daily Contact With The Contractor With The Aim Of Facilitating Cooperation And Progress Of The Contract. • Check And Follow Up The Contractors Work And Report Further Within The Area Of Responsibility As Agreed With The Project Manager • Identify Problem Areas And Advise The Project Manager Before Decisions On Preventive And Corrective Measures And Financial Settlements • Cooperate With Other Construction Managers For Neighboring Contracts • Monitor That The Required Authority Permits, Building Permits And Other Necessary Prerequisites Are In Place • Keep A Diary Of Important Events Regularly And Frequently Review And Sign The Contractors Diary • Follow Up On Final Documentation From The Contractor Obtained And Participate In The Review Of Final Documentation And Relational Documents In Consultation With The Handover Coordinator • Follow Up On The Contractors Self-Inspection According To Agreed Plans, Review The Contractors Control Plans And Work Preparations, Follow Up And Participate In Inspections. • Taking Minutes At Meetings The Swedish Transport Administration Provides A Computer And A Workplace At The Swedish Transport Administrations Asset-Based Office In Umeå Or Skellefteå For The Resource Consultant.
