Valves to be overhauled and pressure tested up to 10 bar. In way job includes removal and fitment of valves. Ser Description Size Qty1.Fwd Port tank inlet Gate valve40 mm 01 No. 2.Fire main gate valve80 mm 02 No.3.FER fireman supply SDNR valve65 mm 02 No. 3 E-905:Fire & sprinkling pump priming unit ball valve not holding. Same to be renewed along with adaptor as per sample. (Qty-02 Nos.) 4 E-906:Leakage and abnormal noise observed from Stbd WHR pump. Suspect mechanical seal and bearing worn out. Pump to be overhauled and proved for satisfactory operation. In way job includes removal and fitment of pump 5 E-907:DA No.1 sea chest strainer change over unit stuck in position. Same to be overhauled and proved for satisfactory operation. In way job includes removal and fitment of unit. 6 E-908:Motor driven diving air compressor not developing sufficient pressure due to defective safety valve. Same to be renewed/ repaired as per sample. (Qty-01 no., Set pressure-330 bar) 7 E-909: Fwd HP air compressor not developing sufficient pressure. Suspect loader/unloader mechanism and solenoid valve malfunctioning. DI/DR to be carried out andproved for satisfactory operation. 8 E-910:Defueling point flange at quarter deck observed deteriorated. Same to be fabricated as per sample (Mat:-MS, Qty:02 Nos.) 9 E-911: AVCAT fuel leakage observed from AVCAT system pipeline due to worn out pipeline thread. Leakage to be arrested by threading on pipeline and proved for satisfactory operation. In way job includes removal and fitment of pipeline. 10 E-912: Lub oil leakage observed from lub oil filter assembly on DA no. 2 due to worn out internal thread of filter assembly. Leakage to be arrested by threading on assembly. In way job includes removal and fitment of filter assembly and associated system.
