Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Provision Of Dining Hall At 851 Lt Regt At Nams; 1.00 Complete consultancy services required of single storey building (as per AE & single line plan attach ) for structural design/ drawing for the description are as follow :- 1.01 Following structural drawing based on soil report & data given under para 2.00 shall be prepared bsed on latest IS code 456 and submitted by consultant. It is also to be noted that while submitting the structural drawing consultant shall also mention data considered in designing for checking purpose. (a) RCC foundation plan and schedule of foundation & cloumn. (b) RCC roof plan & slab plan & schedule details of roof beam & slab. (c) RCC lintel beam (throughout perimeter of building ) plan & schedule details. (d) Misc number of drawing like beam column connection etc required to cover all details for RCC work 2.00 Following document and guidelines/ design parameters is hereby submitted to the consultant for desigining purpose. (a) Soil Investigation Report. (b) Approved Architechtural plan, Elevation, Section and Site plan of board proceeding. (c) Copy of Adm Approval, AEs Part - I & II. (d) Reinforced cement concrete shall be M-25 design mix using OPC-43 grade cement. (e) Reinforcing shall be high strength deformed steel bars produced by thermo mechanical treatment process of Gde Fe-500/Fe-500D/Fe-550D. (f) Brick shall be sub class 'B' burnt clay bricks. (g) Dead load : The death load of the structure shall be taken as per IS : 875 (Part - 1). (h) Imposed load : The imposed load / live load on the structure shall be adopted in accordance with IS : 875 (Part - II) keeping consideration under public building. (j) Wind load : The project site is located at Amritsar, wind load as per latest IS-875 code for local region at Amritsar shall be considered. Consultant shall visit the site to decide terrain and topographical factors to be considereed for working out the wind intensity. (k) Seismic load : The project site is located at Amritsar which is under seismic zone IV. The importance factor fo structure shall be taken as per IS code. The structure shall be analysed as per latest edition IS -13920. (l) Misc load : The structue shall be designed analysed for misc load like temp, impact erection accidental load etc. as per IS code 875 Part - V. (m) Load combination : The structure shall be designed for all the load combination as per latest IS-456, IS-875 (Part - V) and IS : 1893. (n) Joints and connection are critical to the stability of the structure. Details fo all beams / columns joint should be made available by the consultant in accordance with relevant IS codes. (o) The details fo rain water pipe / gutter pipe shall also be mentioned on roof plan. (p) Misc information like exposure condition & fire resistance etc shall be considered keeping consideration under local condition at Amritsar and public building. (q) Software to be used : STAAD Pro and STAAD advance foundation design/safe. (r) Preparation of all structural design/ drawing providing details of all structural element using Autocadd.
