Construction Work - Engineering - Design, Authors Supervision And Implementation Of Smr For The Construction Of New, Major And Current Repairs Of Childrens And Sports Grounds On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Blagoevgrad. The Present Procedure Aims To Conclude A Framework Agreement Between The Municipality Of Blagoevgrad And A Contractor, With The Subject: Engineering - Design, Author Supervision And Implementation Of Smr For The Construction Of New, Major And Current Repairs Of Childrens And Sports Grounds On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Blagoevgrad. The Activities Subject To Awarding According To The Order Of The Framework Agreement Will Be Individualized With A Specific Contract And/Or Assignment Letter To It With The Potential Contractor. In View Of The Specificity, Complexity And The Complexity Of The Types Of Work That Should Be Performed Could Not Be Determined In Advance. The Scope, The Main Parameters And The Conditions Under Which The Activities Included In The Public Order Will Be Performed Are Defined In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 5). The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With The Party Ranked First And Not All Conditions Are Defined In The Framework Agreement, Paragraph 2 Of The Ppa. The Contractor Will Be Supplemented By Letters/Invitations From The Contractor, And A Requirement For The Contractor To Submit Bids. The Deadlines For The Execution Of The Activities Under The Framework Agreement Will Be Determined In The Concluded Specific Contracts. If Necessary, And Within The Framework Of The Provided Financial Means, The Contractor Shall Send A Written Invitation To The Contractor And Submit A Specific Offer, Based On The Framework Agreement In Accordance With Article 82 The Offer, And In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Framework Agreement. The Employer Does Not Undertake To Award The Full Scope Of The Types Of Activities Specified In The Specification. The Employer Indicates In The Invitation The Specific Subject Of The Order, The Type And Volume Of The Activities, Including The Number And Deadline For Receiving An Offer. The Employer Is Not Bound To Send A Specific Number Of Invitations To The Contractor, As Well As With The Conclusion Of A Specific Number Of Contracts For The Execution Of Public Procurements. The Sending Of An Invitation To Submit An Offer, As Well As The Conclusion Of A Specific Contract For The Award Of Public Procurements, Will Be Carried Out Solely And Only At The Discretion Of The Contracting Authority, If Necessary And With The Availability Of Financial Resources
