Refuse And Waste Related Services – Delegation Of The Management Of The Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Household Waste And Similar Waste From Commercial Activities In Industry And Institutions, Including Separately Collected Fractions, In 66 U.A.T.S From Bacău County. The Activities Of The Sanitation Service, Which Are Subject To Delegation, Are: - Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Household Waste And Similar Waste From Commercial Activities In Industry And Institutions, Including Separately Collected Fractions; - Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Some Types Of Occasionally Generated Waste. These Are Considered Services Related To The Local Sanitation Service And Are Provided By The Operators At The Rates Approved, In Lei/Ton And/Or In Lei/M3, By The Deliberative Authority Of The Administrative-Territorial Unit Or, As The Case May Be, By The General Meeting Of The Inter-Community Development Association, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 43 Para. (8) From The Law On Community Services Of Public Utilities No. 51/2006, Republished, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions. The Separate Collection Of Occasionally Generated Municipal Waste Is Carried Out As Follows: A) Bulky Waste, Including Mattresses And Furniture, Based On A Pre-Established Program With The Local Public Administration Authorities, At The Request Of The Waste Generators; B) Waste From Homes, Generated By Their Internal And/Or External Remodeling And Rehabilitation Activities, At The Request Of Waste Generators; C) Other Similar Waste From Public Events, At The Request Of The Organizers; D) Municipal Waste Abandoned On The Public Domain Of Uats At Their Request; E) Abandoned Waste From Construction Works On The Public Domain Of Uats, At Their Request Estimated Value Of The Contract Without Vat: 373,530,407 Lei Currency Ron
