The Object Of The Contract Involves The Purchase Of The Following Products, Accompanied By The Related Services And Works: Products: Video Camera With Radar Including Local Processing Unit (400 Pcs)/ Video Camera With Radar (400 Pcs) And Local Processing Unit (400 Pcs), Ups Type System (400 Pcs), Industrial Router (400 Pcs), Accessories And Installation (Cabinets, Network Infrastructure And Installation) (400 Pcs), Consoles (400 Pcs), Server (Including Operating Systems – 9 Pcs), Waf Component (2 Pcs), Storage Systems (2 Pcs); Services: Infrastructure Design Services, Analysis Services, Software Design Services, Development/Customization Services, Installation And Configuration Of The It Solution, Testing Services, Training Services, Services Regarding The Operationalization Of The System Or Its Commissioning, Maintenance Services And Technical Support During The Warranty Period, Equipment Installation And Assembly Services, Obtaining Any Approval, Authorization, Etc., Necessary For The Implementation Of The Project; Works: Land And/Or Foundation Development Works, Console Installation And Assembly Works, Connection Works To The National Electricity Distribution Network, Optical Fiber Connection Works. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 221 Of Law 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, And In Compliance With Article 19 Of The Supply Contract, Any Changes That May Occur During The Period Of The Contract Refer To The Following, Without Being Limited To Them: Changes Of The Contracting Parties; Duration Of The Contract/Intermediate Terms; Personnel And Replacement Of Personnel; Check And Reception; Subcontractors; Change Of Locations; Reallocation Of Savings; Technical Changes For The Operationalization And Commissioning Of The System; Legislative Changes/Modifications; Punctual Modification Of The Technical Solution; Changes Generated By Requests From The Authorities/Entities That Issue Approvals/Agreements/Authorizations/Permits, Or By Other Entities That Have Responsibilities Related To The Project (Mti, Central And/Or Local Institutions, Beneficiary, Certified Verifiers, Etc.); Any Modification Of The Public Procurement Contract During Its Validity Period Other Than In The Cases And Conditions Provided For In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions Is Carried Out By Organizing A New Award Procedure, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law No. 98/2016 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions.
