The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase And Delivery Of Educational Robots Along With Instrumentation And Additional Equipment For The Technical School Complex In Mikołów, Planned As Part Of The Project Entitled Effective Functional Schools - Development Of Vocational Education In Mikołów County Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds For Silesia Program 2021-2027 (Priority Fesl.10: European Funds For Transformation, Measure Fesl.10.14: Infrastructure Of Vocational Education).1.2 The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Educational Robots Along With Instrumentation And Additional Equipment, Which Includes In Particular: 1) Educational Robot With Instrumentation - 5 Stations; 2) Additional Spare Elements For Educational Robot Stations = 1 Set; 3) Laptop For Robot Programming = 1 Set; 4) Controller, Power Supply, Setter - 1 Set 5) Hmi Panel For Cooperation With Plc - 1 Set A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To Swz1.3 Additional Obligations Of The Contractor Related To The Execution Of The Item Order: A) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, Using Our Own Transport And At Our Own Expense And Risk, To The Premises Of The School Workshops Of The Technical School Complex In Mikołów At Ul. Pokoju 2, B) Unloading The Subject Of The Order From The Means Of Transport And Transporting It (Carrying It) To The Robotics Workshop Located On The 1St Floor, And Then Unpacking From The Packaging, C) Final Assembly Of Five Stations Of Educational Robots, Connecting The Supplied Equipment, Starting The Equipment And Checking Its Correctness Activities, D) Conducting A Four-Hour On-The-Job Training For 2 Teachers Of The Technical School Complex In Mikołów To The Extent Necessary To Service The Subject Of The Contract, E) Providing Service Under The Quality Guarantee, As Well As Service During The Post-Warranty Period On Separate Terms And Conditions, F) Providing, Together With The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, The Documents Indicated In The Swz And Any Other Documents Allowing The Ordering Party To Use The Equipment In Accordance With The Law And In Accordance With Its Technical And Economic Purpose (All Documents Specified In This Point Should Be Prepared In Polish Or Translated Into Polish).G) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Minimum 12-Month Warranty For The Delivered Subject Of The Order.H) The Contractor Is Responsible For All Deliveries, Including The Course And Timely Execution Of The Order, Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Order.I) The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Meeting Other Requirements Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract And Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions.
