The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting Of:  Part I: Construction Of A Sewage Network In Żabno - Stage Iii As Part Of The Task Expansion Of The Water Supply And Sewage Network In The Brusy Commune Covered By Non-Returnable Support From The Development Plan As Part Of Investment B3.1.1 Investments In Sustainable Water And Sewage Management In Rural Areas Of The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Part I: Construction Of The Sewage Network In Żabno - Stage Iii, Which Includes: 1) Construction Of A Collective Pressure Sewage Disposal Network With A Length Of 3.19 Km 2) Construction Of 13 New Pressure Sewage Connections (13 Boreholes With Gate Valves, Connections And Home Pumping Stations). 3) Construction Of 3 Information Boards With Dimensions 240X120cm, Each On A Graphite Or Black Steel Frame Similar To The Frame Shown In Appendix No. 8 To Swz, Including Their Assembly. The Content Of The Boards And The Place Of Installation To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party; Comments: Applies To Parts I-Iii: 1) Reconstruction Of The Surface After The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Decision No. Gk.6742.92.2024 Of November 14, 2024. 2) During The Implementation Of The Investment And After Its Completion, Continuous Access To Neighboring Properties Should Be Ensured. The Investment Cannot Worsen The Conditions Of Use Of Neighboring Properties3. A Detailed Description, Size And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 6 To The Swz, In The Designs - Annex No. 5 To The Swz And In The Bills Of Quantities (Constituting Auxiliary Material In The Preparation Of The Offer) - Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
