A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Swz, And The Bill Of Quantities. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To This Swz (Annex No. 9 To The Swz) Is Only An Auxiliary Element That Facilitates The Preparation Of The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make Calculations Based On The Attached Technical Documentation, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz And Annexes To The Swz. This Procedure Has Not Been Divided Into Parts Because It Constitutes An Inseparable Whole For Technical, Organizational And Economic Reasons
