1. Service Consisting In The Collection, Transport, Disposal And Analysis Of Industrial Wastewater From Septic Tanks Of Waste Landfills.2. List Of Necessary Equipment To Carry Out The Subject Of The Order (Minimum Equipment Requirements): - Slurry Truck With A Barrel Capacity Of Min. 16M3 With An Efficient Device For Filling And Emptying The Barrel And A Current Technical Inspection, - A Slurry Truck With A Barrel Capacity Of Min. 10M3 With A Functional Device For Filling And Emptying The Barrel And A Current Technical Inspection.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Service In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party.4. Sewage Will Be Collected In An Amount Of Up To 100 M3 Per Day From Both Landfills For A Maximum Of Five Days A Week, I.E. From Monday To Friday From 6:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. In The Event Of A Low Level Of Sewage, The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor In Writing About Limiting The Number Of Disposals Or Suspending The Provision Of The Service. Sewage Disposal Will Be Resumed After The Contractor Is Informed In Writing.5. In The Event Of An Emergency Telephone Call To Empty The Tank To The Number Indicated By The Contractor, The Duration Of The Service Of Collecting Industrial Sewage From Septic Tanks In Landfills May Not Exceed 2 Hours, 7 Days A Week, Excluding Public Holidays.6. By The Response Time To Telephone Calls To Empty The Tank, The Ordering Party Understands That At The Above-Mentioned Time The Contractor Will Arrive At The Place Of Service With A Septic Tanker And Start Activities Aimed At Emptying The Tank.7. The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Will Each Time Weigh The Vehicle Before And After Collecting Sewage.8. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Control The Amount Of Collected Sewage By Weighing The Vehicle.9. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until The Funds Allocated For The Above Task Are Exhausted.10. Due To The Difficult To Predict Amount Of Precipitation, The Amount Of Sewage Specified In Point 1 And The Deadlines For Completing The Task Specified In Point. 4 Are Subject To Change.11. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Contract In Full.12. Once A Month, The Contractor Will Perform A Basic And Once A Quarter Extended Analysis Of Industrial Sewage Samples For Each Sampling Point In Accordance With The Guidelines Described In Annex No. 7 To Swz.13. The Contractor Is Obliged To Each Time Collect Confirmation Of The Amount Of Delivered Sewage From The Sewage Treatment Plant And Deliver It To The Ordering Party No Later Than The 5Th Day Of The Month For The Previous Month.
